We had a great trip to the MCO (Massachusetts Colleges Online) Conference this past Wednesday, June 4th. John Cipora (Human Development ) and Donna Francis (Environmental Science) were both honored with COD (Courses of Distinction) awards for the design of their online courses. Karin Moyano Camihort and Mike Kowalewski facilitated a discussion with data about who our online students are and how to best support them to a standing room only crowd. Eileen Kelley and I presented about teaching languages online. We were inspired by innovative faculty and the sharing of ideas.
